​How Do I Place An Order?​

You can easily make a purchase on our automated website, Select your items, chose colour, add quantity and size, add to cart then  select payment methods, make the purchase and we will take care of the rest. If you have any special request for custom made Design, size or garment colour you can contact us via email and we will take care of your needs.

 

Payment & Shipping

Shipping for tshirt.com products generally takes 7-14 days based on items ordered and quantity. We ship anywhere in the UK for £2.90 

Order outside of the UK will have a flat rate of £12.99 for Europe and Worldwide under 1kg everything above will be £15.99

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Production time: Order verification, production, quality check and packaging. All orders go into production immediately, but can take anywhere from 5-7 days to complete.  Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfilment warehouse to the destination. Once an order leaves our warehouse, standard shipping generally takes 1-5 business days via courier

We use Paypal and WixPayments, to process all online payments. Paypal is the faster, safer and simpler way to pay online. Returns & Refunds

If you aren't satisfied with your product for fitting or quality reasons you can send it back and we will try to assist you,

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. If you have a problem with your item, you can return it within 15 days from when you receive it. If we deem the item to be in unsatisfactory condition or tampered with in any way then a full refund will not be given. If you have received an item and realized you have made a mistake with the size, colour or quantity we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund due to our clothing being made to order.  Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
